From humble beginnings, this little tin of woolen baubles is where I found my joy! They are the first things that I needle felted. I had a very small amount of wool, one needle, no instruction and a large fascination. I would sit and poke and giggle and poke and giggle some more until tears of excitement an flowed forth. My family was a taken aback at how smitten I was with such a seemingly little thing. After all, it was just a fluff of wool. They would laugh with me or perhaps at me. Either way, that initial eruption of joy set a course for me into the world of felting and fiber arts.
